I started with Ed from Get Fit at Home on January 3, and between then and June 1, my weight went from 230 to 185, where it has fluctuated between 179 and 187 ever since. I had a desire to lose a bunch fast and get in shape for a baseball fantasy camp, and we knocked off 24 pounds in the first month alone. At that time I worked with Ed two to three times per week and even four times. I now work with him once or twice a week due to my travel schedule for work. He is very attentive to individual needs but will push you to exceed when necessary. (Jay's "before" and "after" pictures to the right.)-- Jay, Melbourne, FL
I never thought I could get back to my former self so fast after giving birth to my baby girl. I had worked as a model back in the States and the last thing I wanted out of my pregnancy was to lose my very athletic body. I had been a top-level mountain biker as well as a sprinter and my legs and bum were very firm before I fell pregnant. However, only 9 months after giving birth, I am back to my former self and can even squeeze back into my tight jeans! I am so thankful for finding Get Fit at Home. They took me through the various methods of losing the additional bodyweight I had gained, how I should eat post-pregnancy, and they truly kept me going through the tough times when you have someone other than just yourself to worry about! What I was most impressed with was the number of qualified pre- and post-natal trainers and therapists they had on call. I only waited 24 hours after my initial call to find a choice of three to come to my home! Perfect service!-- Michelle, Greenwich, CT

I am 32 and have played a competitive sport every week up until three years ago. In those three years, I put exercise and good eating to one side, I still continued to "attempt" to keep fit with infrequent visits to the gym and swimming. Until one day, I realized I had let it go too far. So I needed a new challenge, something I had never done and something that would push me to my limits and get me back at peak condition.-- Dan, London, England
Having been actively involved in various sports and ballet training since childhood, I began to concentrate on distance running in my early twenties. An element of this required building up a degree of endurance strength which I achieved through weight training. I became more and more interested in the philosophy behind bodybuilding, not merely for size but for an aesthetic and improved appearance. This in turn led to a desire to compete against other bodybuilders. Having competed for the first time fairly successfully, I still did not feel I had achieved my potential. I quickly realized that lifting weights was only half the battle, and that motivation and support was equally, if not more important, in sticking to the difficult pre-contest schedule.-- Angie Grimmer, Competitive Bodybuilder, London, England
