Pilates

Boxing and Boxercise has become one of the most effective methods of cardiovascular personal training. Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise
Living in the stressful world we do and the fast-pace most of us have to deal with, having a baby adds just that extra bit of stress. But we are the specialists in helping you to deal with all that having a baby brings, both physically and mentally.

Pre-Natal women need to adjust their pregnancy exercise programs to make sure they are looking after not only their own health, but that of their baby too. Running & Cardio

Sports Massage
For those new to training or even us experts, sports massage therapy is really an asset to any physical training regime.
