Jacqueline (or Jackie), half English, half Venezuelan, has always been a keen athlete. A graduate of Exeter University, she has a diploma in personal training from Premiere and has worked for many years at London's prestigious Home House training celebrity clients. Jacqueline is also a yoga teacher trained under the world renowned Triyoga, and has studied with Sri k Pattabhi Jois and TKV Desikachar, the leading names in India for Astanga yoga and healing yoga. Natalie studied dance as an undergraduate at the University of Wisconsin and has been teaching dance for more than nine years. Having worked in the dance industry, she found life passing by too quickly, and she looked to yoga as an outlet and a way of dealing with everyday life. She now is a full-fledged yoga instructor focussing on this idea. It is because of this mindful approach to both her life and teaching that she believes she has something special to offer as a Vinyasa Yoga instructor. She has been teaching since 2006. But her experience is not limited to Vinyasa Yoga. She is also a licensed massage therapist with extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology. In every class she teaches, she attempts to incorporate the knowledge from these other modalities to create an intelligent and powerful Vinyasa sequence. Her goal is that each student she works with will contemplate the theme or idea that is central to the class, and then return to the mat with a greater understanding of themselves -- their minds, bodies and souls.

Steven has been around the world with his fitness, literally. With his fitness qualifications, along with his Yachtmaster certificate, Steve criss-crossed the globe aboard super-large yachts. He enjoys working with beginner and intermediate level clients and looks to get them really enthused about fitness and healthy lifestyle.
