Jacqueline (or Jackie); half English, half Venezuelan, has always been a keen athlete. A graduate of Exeter University, she has a diploma in personal training from Premiere and has worked for many years at London's prestigious Home House training celebrity clients. Jacqueline is also a yoga teacher trained under the world renowned Triyoga, and has studied with Sri k Pattabhi Jois and TKV Desikachar, the leading names in India for Astanga yoga and healing yoga. She likes to keep sessions fun, and holistic with an emphasis on wellbeing.

Steven has been around the world with his fitness, literally. With his fitness qualifications, along with his Yachtmaster certificate, Steve criss-crossed the globe aboard super-large yachts. His photo here, taken in Dubai, earlier this year, is evidence of where he got to. But now, he is settling down and working with his Get Fit At Home clients. He enjoys working with beginner and intermediate level clients and looks to get them really into the fitness and healthy lifestyle. Steven combines body weight exercises and resistance training with a circuit-based station style to keep the heart rate elevated and the constant burning of calories. He enjoys working outdoors in parks and open spaces for running drills, agility, balance and co-ordination training, bringing a fun but also vitally extra dimension to your overall health and fitness goals.

As a registered yoga teacher and fully-fledged member of The Yoga Alliance, Kate currently teaches at Greenwich Yoga Forms in Greenwich, CT. and also works as a private instructor. She strongly believes in the benefits of one-on-one teaching. Kate specializes in custom-designing practices to meet the specific needs and goals of her students, whether they're stepping onto the mat for the first time, or looking to reinvigorate a long-standing practice. Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Boston University and is certified to teach by the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, the largest center for yoga in the nation. She combines Kripalu's unique methodology with an extensive personal background in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga to create sessions that range from deeply meditative and therapeutic to intense and vigorous. Kate pays special attention to the physical alignment of her students helping them to cultivate grounding, strength and balance in their everyday lives.

Corrina's approach is holistic and she firmly believes that a healthy, stress free life starts with a healthy body and especially a healthy mind. She is passionate about helping her clients feel great about themselves and the life they lead and works hard to help them gain more confidence and enhance their quality of life through exercise and a healthy balanced nutrition plan.
Corrina lives what she preaches and endeavours to inspire her clients to enjoy life and reach their full potential.

As a certified yoga teacher and health coach, Stacey has always placed a high emphasis on lifestyle and wellness. She says: “As a health and lifestyle coach, I act as my client’s personal advocate for living a balanced life. My job is to help people find which individual food and lifestyle choices will work best for them and the life they desire.” She became a certified yoga teacher in 2003 and has accumulated over 500 hours of yoga training. Yoga has supported Stacey on many levels, allowing her to relax and de-stress with meditation while at the same time build a toned and defined physique – something she will bring to each of her clients. Stacey received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and was certified by the Center for Educational Outreach – The Teacher’s College of Columbia University in New York. With this as her background, her objective is to help her clients lead a more balanced, healthy and positive life by bringing all of these experiences and teachings together.

From his talents in advanced choreography to his certificates in fitness for older adults and Register Of Exercise Professionals Level 3, Michael is able to work with young and old alike in new ways rarely seen or experienced. He has also specialised in working with clients recovering from serious head injuries, helping to create a faster recovery from such injuries.

After winning the Nabba Universe in Germany, Lisa was literally thrown into the fitness modelling world and has become a world-wide photo starlet.
