We have over 12 specialists on our team in who specialise in dance aerobics and dance fitness. Working mainly with tums and bums, dance aerobics really focuses on tightening those hard-to-hit areas: abdominals, glutes and hamstrings. A 45-minute workout can fulfil a daily need for cardiovascular exercise! And our certified fitness instructors will take all levels: from a beginner to an advanced level.

The secret is in the combination of dance with upbeat music to incentivise you to work just that little bit harder and burn more fat while enjoying a cardiovascular workout at the same time. Mixing various themes and styles - from Latin and Salsa to step aerobics all the way to ballroom dancing and the waltz - we will ensure you are learning the correct technique and forms. All the while, you are learning how to move around the dance floor with a bit more flair and style.

Transform traditional Latin and Western dance styles into a wonderful, fun, and enjoyable Latin Jazz Workout. Burn the calories with our trained fitness dancers! Repertoire includes salsa fitness, merengue, cha cha, paso double, ballet and modern, lambada, zouk, rumba, samba and much more. Not only will you get fit right in your own home, but you’ll learn a few new steps for the dancefloor!

Our team is comprised of dancers from all over the world... highly professional and trained dance fitness instructors all with diverse dancing backgrounds and skills allows us to fit a dance routine to your immediate and future fitness goals. Every dance method is special in its own way and we aim to make it fun for all as well as a personal training session at the same time! We bring the music and the stereo too!
