Frequently Asked Questions

Support/FAQ
How much does personal training cost?

We've posted rates where we can, such as on our bride-to-be and live-in trainers programs, but because our personal training is so customized, our rates vary according to the services you request and frequency of service. Please contact us today to get pricing for specific programming!

We do offer good discounts for personal training block bookings, classes, and pre-paid bookings. There are no hidden charges and we pay for all transport and parking fees. If you have access to parking, that is quite helpful.

Do I pay for my training in advance?
What payment types do you accept?

All monies for all training sessions are to be received prior to booking. If paying by check, received funds must clear before booking is confirmed. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, except American Express.

What if I need to cancel a session?

All cancellations must be received 24 hours by email or phone at our main office prior to your pre-paid booking, or you will forfeit pre-paid monies for that session. There are no exceptions.

Will I get personal contact information for my trainer?

We book all sessions through our main office. For the safety of our personal trainers, we do not allow them to give out mobile phone numbers or personal emails at any time, unless they provide that information directly to you. Please don't ask them for personal details, surnames or contacts.

Do you have insurance? Will I sign a waiver?

All our trainers are fully certified for personal training and their individual specialties. They are fully insured for training in the home, office, and parks. A signed waiver from the client must be held on file before any training commences.

The agreement for training is between you and your personal trainer, who is a self-employed professional. Get Fit at Home is a referral agent working on behalf of the personal trainer. Get Fit at Home accepts no liability for any damage or loss to any client, other than in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence. In particular, Get Fit at Home accepts no liability for any damage or loss arising out of the act or omissions of personal trainers.
