Emily is a woman who has a passion for living life to the fullest, happiest, and healthiest! Having conquered severe health issues through a very manageable meal plan and exercise program, she lost 22 pounds in just 12 weeks. If you're looking for a quick weight-loss program or home fitness, Emily should be your personal trainer. In those 12 weeks, she lost 22 pounds, more than 20 inches, and 18 percent body fat. Emily took fourth place in her first Figure Competition in Los Angeles, Calif., in July 2009 and plans to continue competing. She wants to inspire people to be their best and pass on her knowledge in weight loss and home fitness to her varied clients. After growing up in Vero Beach, Fla., and attending Florida State University, Erin made the big move to the West Coast to work with Harley Pasternak, Hollywood's personal trainer to the stars. Having worked the gamut in the personal fitness industry from boot camps to competing herself, and winning the NPC Southern USA Figure, Erin has settled into working one-on-one with a host of clients and couples in Hollywood, Calif. Jennifer is an ACE-qualified personal trainer with a degree in Biology. She started out as a gymnast instructor and a fitness trainer way back in high school and then ran track for two years. Fitness and well-being has always been a part of her life and regime. She taught anatomy, biology and physiology before moving into the competitive fitness world full time. As a nutritionist and personal trainer, Jennifer is well-qualified to work with any level client for in-home fitness. Tina is a fitness and bodybuilding competitor who has just recently competed at the highest levels at the national level. She found training in the gym late in life and is a great example for mothers and those who have not been lifting since high school and college. A SCW Fitness qualified personal trainer, Tina enjoys training other women for fitness and bodybuilding competitions in Southern California. "Most people don't realize the amount of cardio that is required to stay lean or to lose weight and gain muscle," says Tina, who does cardio three to four times a week throughout the year and  who makes cardio a part of her daily routine prior to competitions.
